Participants will learn what constitutes a healthy diet for children and adults and how to prepare simple, delicious foods aimed at inspiring a lifelong celebration of easy home-cooked meals.

This course will help prepare participants to be the leading health providers, teachers and parents of the present and future. The text and other material in this course may include the opinion of the specific instructor and are not statements of advice, endorsement, opinion, or information of Stanford University.

UPDATED 16 June 2021: Today I received an email that someone wants to join this course. I wondered why the person didn’t visit the course page itself. Then I realized perhaps it is due to milk and milk based products quality going into the person which could have affected their mind. I’ve recently started www.hindumilk.com. We need to make available high quality milk to people produced with Hindu rituals. Do you wonder how the wealthy and/or intelligent Hindus grow around our world? Our PM is making things better!

The email came from a Mithila Shetty (there are many people by her name according to online search and hence I can mention it here) at 10:47am. I’ve been writing about 47 since the start of this year. You can see more about it in my Kalaripayattu (health, fitness and martial arts related!) group https://www.facebook.com/groups/kalaripayattu
