Let's talk about fitness. I am all about healthy eating, working out and leading a healthy lifestyle. But I think every person has a different definition of a healthy lifestyle. Someone's definition of a healthy lifestyle could be completely different than another's definition. A lot of people think of fitness and healthy lifestyle as always being on a diet, counting what you're eating, constantly working out and the amount of #gains, if it works for you great, keep doing what you're doing.
But my definition of a healthy lifestyle is a little bit different, I enjoy working out but I'm not obsessed over it and if I'm tired I will rest. I love listening to my body and training intuitively. I do not care much about having low percent of body fat or having perfect thighs, I actually enjoy having some fat on me because I feel healthy. When it comes to eating I will absolutely never count calories, if I'm hungry I will eat, and if I want to have butter on my bread I will, because I love butter on my bread. If I'm feeling like having a piece of cake, I will as well, and if someone tells you that you can't have abs and have cake, that is just not true, because I eat cake and bread all the time and I have abs. Being healthy is not only about eating clean and working out like crazy, its also an art of listening to your body, creating balance in everything you do, resting enough so your body can recover and most important thing of being healthy is having a healthy mind and a happy outlook on life. 🙏🏻
